This group is designed to connect Stormwater Professionals. It is also place to exchange ideas, pass along tips, and discuss key topics.
I am of the school that for effective warning and forecasting there needs to be a continual stream of data from onsite measurement systems to facilitate both sensible upstream early alarms and continually update the forecasting model.
Are there any other opinions out there that differ and why?
